We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in good condition and not damaged due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • The product must not show excessive wear or improper use

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Important:

  • Returns must be approved before being sent
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • The return address will be provided after approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos. We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care products once used
  • Items showing clear signs of use or damage
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item, please request a return and, once approved, place a new order.


European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
